In the last few months, she made her directorial debut for the short film THE GOD WHO SEES featuring Nicole C. Mullen. They co-wrote the soundtrack for the film. Gifford is a patron of many charities for children, including Childhelp as well as the Association to Benefit Children. They gave birth to Cassidy's House and Cody House which is named for her kids.
