Cheney said that his job within the Bush administration is to be an open but discreet advisor. Cheney accepted his role as Republican vice president that he would like to be a president candidate who will cooperate cross-partisanally and in a manner of respect and in a common goal. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, he relocated with his family into Casper located in western state of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father was the director of the district for soil conservation in Casper to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
